Our Costa Rica surf trip had us waiting out the tides, so we went exploring and stumbled upon Langosta Beach Club. What a wonderful ocean side tropical setting. We also brought along with us our trusty travel backgammon to help pass the time.
We had ourselves a seat at their beachside restaurant where we were handed menus. First order of business, a drink to help cool down. In this case, I ordered a mango shake. Delicious!
We were still full from breakfast so to trade these views and us taking up space in this lovely setting, we ordered their Ceviche Tropical LBC - $13.
As we eat with our eyes first, the presentation of this dish was a work of art.
And it tasted as good as it looked!
