Plunging ~620ft, we first set our eyes on the recognizable Bridalveil Falls from the Tunnel View (only a 5 minute drive away).
We parked along Southside Drive which also had a spectacular view from a distance… like it was welcoming visitors to Yosemite Valley.
It was still a chilly 48°F and partly cloudy this morning.
We investigated further scrambling carefully along the slippery rocks and boulders.
We caught the flow during its most impressive season (spring and early summer). Be prepared for a nice mist. You may get wet depending on the wind direction.
We even stumbled upon this shallow cave.
