What is there to do on an NCL Freestyle Cruise to: St Thomas, US Virgin Islands • Tortola, British Virgin Islands • Nassau to Bahamas... from Miami, Florida? I've taken pictures of Norwegian Escape's Freestyle Daily. The only missing Freestyle Daily is for Day 5 while on port in Tortola. Sorry. Also you can get a peek at NCL Mandara Spa Menu and their NCL Fitness Schedule. Hope it helps!

Norwegian Escape: Fitness Schedule

Aside from the typical Yoga you see on most cruise ships, I enjoyed the TRX Suspension Training classes and Fight Klub - traditional boxing training offered on this cruise.

Norwegian Escape: Mandara Spa Menu

Day 1: If you take a tour of the spa, there usually is a raffle to win a free spa experience. Head down there if you want to enter the raffle. Also, there's spa discounts offered especially on their slow days which typically falls on a port excursion day. Announcements are included in the Freestyle Daily delivered to your room.
