Review: Iron Blosam Lodge (Snowbird, Utah)

I've never been to Utah but follow IG: VisitUtah for quite some time with the lure of all their National Parks. Never would I imagine vacationing during winter. It would be Bill and my first ski trip. Plus, we were able to visit some family, too!

Do Resort Vacation Certificates Work?

Before moving from Hawaii to Florida, we were signed up to attend a Wyndham Vacation Ownership (aka Timeshare) presentation in return for a complimentary seven-night vacation rental accommodation at many resorts worldwide via Resort Vacation Certificates by Endless Vacation Rentals. We were lucky as the presenter didn't show up and we received our vacation voucher free voucher with no questions and a thanks for your time.

Since the voucher expired 2018, we couldn't let it go to waste. Visiting their website, we look at availability and restrictions and concluded to stay at Iron Blosam Lodge Ski In / Ski Out Timeshare Condominium in Snowbird.

BONUS: We didn't expect that even their Resort Fees were complimentary. No charge! Thumbs-up!!

Features & Amenities at Iron Blosam Lodge

• Bedroom A: Has a coffee maker and refrigerator but no microwave. But it was a really spacious room with great views of the mountain.
• Nearby: You're a shuttle or walk away from eateries - El Chanate, The Forklift, (inhouse) Wildflower Lounge Restaurant.
• Amenities: We enjoyed their indoor adult hot tub with floor-to-ceiling picture windows facing the mountain, in-room Wifi, free billiards during Happy Hour at Wildflower, Ping Pong in their game room, and complimentary DVD checkout at the front desk.
• NOTE: Housekeeping is requested and not automatically a daily service.

My only wish was having a room humidifier that could fill the room. My skin was so sensitive, dry, and itchy (even with the lotions I had brought). A great stay with friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend Iron Blosam Lodge if ever in Snowbird.
