I've been on the Allure of the Seas (Ocean View - Stateroom 7510) and Liberty of the Seas (Interior Stateroom - 8361) with Royal Caribbean, so let's see how an Interior Stateroom 9077 compares in stability, storage space, cabin amenities, the noise level, and what I love about interior cabins.

Cabin 9077 is midship on Deck 9, so there were days when I didn't even feel like the ship was moving.

STORAGE SPACE ★★★★★
Used to packing light in the past (like on our Carry-On Only Packing List for a 7-Day Western Caribbean Cruise), I thought there was plenty of storage in our interior cabin. We brought three(3) pieces of luggage and two(2) backpacks for this 11-night cruise. There's room for four(4) guests in this room with the bunk beds, but we used one bunk as extra storage for two of our luggage. The other piece of luggage we were able to slide under the bed.

Loved the curtains as a partition making the sofa/tv layout its own living space.

PEACE & QUIET ★☆☆☆☆
BRING YOUR EARPLUGS or NOISE-CANCELLING HEADSETS! Every evening Deck 4's midship... called The Centrum... hosts entertainment EVERY evening. Those bands sure love their volume levels way up. Everyone is on vacation. So expect the party atmosphere from 10:00 pm to 12:30 am.

Although there was an extra door at the end of the hallway (only steps away from the front door), which they would close to help muffle the decibels (dBs), I did not find it helpful. Plus, on more than one occasion, we had to call Guest Services to remind them to close that door. It wasn't automatically closed at 10:00pm.

The most challenging times were days before a port day, when you want a good night's sleep to wake up extra early for your port excursion. For the few cabins closest to any entertainment locations, the cruise line ought to have added greater soundproofing.
