According to VisitSequoia.com, "Just off Kings Canyon Scenic Byway, a short and easy hike offers an impressive reward: Grizzly Falls."

NATIONAL PARK TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY

You already have a peek-a-boo view of the falls from the parking area to get to Grizzly Falls. The shortest and easiest stroll at only 0.1 mi (out & back).

Enjoying the mist while photographing different angles.

Climbing around carefully as the rocks are slippery.

A short, semi-steep climb for the best view of Grizzly Falls…

When it’s safer to butt slide down than climb down… you do what you need to do.

This was our late lunch spot… arriving around 1:40pm. I’d say the area had some great snow melt. The 75-foot waterfall was thunderous on this May day.
