I’m not into politics but Nancy and Ronald Reagan’s Love Story has always intrigued me. I read to Bill on the long drives. We laugh and are amazed as we learn more about them. Time passes and we’re at our destination.
November 25, 2013 – Gotta give a special ‘Thanks’ to Nancy Reagan. We were at a Border Crossing less than a mile from White Sands National Monument when the agent asked us if we were American citizens. We said yes and also showed him the book we were reading. The car in front of us had car sniffed by their German Shepherd but us… we got waved through to continue our adventure. Plus, we made the agent smile!
