Sometimes it pays to visit the hotel concierge or ask a few locals. We were quite pleased where we ended up with a few tasty bites.

Our visit to Seattle will be short (June 28 – June 30)… only a few days before jumping on the old-school, charm of train travel from Seattle to San Diego… aboard The Coast Starlight by Amtrak. I chose Hotel 1000 for it’s comforts and proximity to things to do in Seattle nearby.
