2 Tickets: Upper Level, Section 26, Seats: K 1 and K 2. Sting started at 8:05pm so we had only missed one song. What a turnout! Parking was a challenge as the Blaisdell’s lot was full ($7.00 parking). Luckily, next door at McKinley High School they had opened up their parking for $6 and proceeds went to their ROTC program. Perfect! With 2 encores (“hana hou”), the concert was energizing and went by too fast. Thank you Sting for adding Hawaii to your tour list. For those who couldn’t attend, check out his setlist…
An advantage of having a house with palm trees is buying a bird feeder. How lovely is it to have your morning coffee, listening and watching the birds. Bird food with a GoPro strapped to the tree and you’ve got yourself a show. Enjoy!
Out hiking in West Oahu and found what I imagine as the dreamy tree house I never had as a kid. But I know hunters come to this area to hunt game birds, goats and wild boar so this must be their tree stand. I just had to climb and inspect it further. Wouldn’t you?! First time doing this. Here we go.
What was the occasion? A team building event at Sky Dive San Diego. The week leading up to the day of was just as nerve-racking ordeal as the actual jump because my co-workers were all looking up death statistics. Oh joy! But, I did it! Well, mostly my licensed, pro tandem instructor did all the work.
